Technical description: The guesthouse was built in 2020 by fully renovating an old farmhouse. Besides the extremely thick and well-insulated exterior walls, the entire roof structure, all internal walls, exterior and interior doors and windows, the electrical, water, and sewer systems were replaced.

The apartments were designed with high-quality materials and sophisticated equipment. Each apartment features easy-to-clean tiles, traditional, stylish wooden plank ceilings, insulated windows, and individually regulated electric heating. Hot water is provided by a separate electric boiler in each apartment.

The bedrooms are equipped with quality mattresses and bedding, nightstands, blackout curtains, mirrors, wardrobes with shelves and hanging space, and plenty of electrical outlets. WiFi and cable TV are available in each apartment.

The kitchens are equipped with modern furniture, a microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, extractor hood, refrigerator, and a generous supply of dishes and cutlery. The Duna apartment also has an oven and dishwasher.

The bathrooms feature a shower cabin separated by a glass wall and curtain, an electric towel warmer, an extractor fan, a cabinet with a built-in sink, and a mirror. The Duna apartment has a separate toilet.

Each apartment has an outdoor table and chairs on the porch.
